Returns + Exchanges: Because each item is made to order, all items from Bare Soles are final sale. Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate your business.
To avoid any issues, please carefully review our sizing chart before placing your order. Moccs and other items that are ordered in an incorrect size or with incorrect details may not be exchanged after the order has been placed. If you feel your order has an error on our part that needs to be addressed, please email us at baresolesmoccs@gmail.com with the email subject "Order Error (Order Name + Number)" and we will do our best to accommodate.
Turn-Around Time: Please allow up to approximately 3 weeks for processing + shipping (3-5 business days) for items to arrive at your doorstep. Orders are processed in the order they are received, unless the RUSH option PER ITEM is selected and those orders will take priority by shipping out within approximately one business week from order date + shipping (3-5 business days) .
Sizing: Please carefully review our moccasin sizing chart PRIOR to placing your order. We recommend a flat footed, standing measurement and getting as close to the next measurement on our sizing chart as possible to avoid receiving a pair that is the incorrect size. We do not recommend adding more than .25” to the measurement and encourage you to select a size that closely fits to the child’s actual measurement. They should be ordered to fit, not necessarily to grow into.

Shipping: Once shipped, Bare Soles Moccasins is not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen packages as the delivery process of USPS is out of our hands once dropped off at scanned initially by the post office. If you should encounter any issues, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your package. It is also a good idea to check with your neighbors in the event that it was delivered to the wrong address in error.
Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout and through Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot email tracking information if no email was provided at the time of checkout. No exceptions. Typically, shipping labels are printed in batches, so please allow 24-48 hours for shipment details to update on the USPS Tracking System. Receiving a shipment notification does not mean your order has been shipped, but that the label has been created and the package is processing.
Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with USPS.
Package Shows Delivered: If your package is marked delivered but no package was received, please make sure to check with your neighbors and call your local UPSP office to contact your driver. Occasionally, there is a scanning error and it will arrive within a few days. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered.
Shipping Address Changes: Please make sure your shipping address is accurate BEFORE completing the checkout process. Errors in addresses that cannot be recognized by the automated shipping system may cause your package to be delayed, please review before completing order. If for some reason your shipping information is inaccurate after your order has been placed, all changes must be emailed to baresolesmoccs@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase with the email subject "Shipping Address Change (Order Name + Number)" and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Changes: Please make sure to verify your order details PRIOR to checkout including CORRECT SIZE and item modifications. Once your order is placed, all sales are final and no changes can be made. Please feel free to leave us a note regarding your order if you feel additional information is required to fulfill your requests. To be fair to all customers, no changes - no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding with this matter.
Discounts + Store Credits + Rewards: Any discount codes must be presented at checkout to be valid. Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases. Only one discount may be used per transaction. Store credits cannot be combined with discounts or rewards.
